I’m a Calgary-based chef with experience in professional kitchens, including Earls Kitchen + Bar, where I developed a strong foundation working with Mediterranean, Asian, and Italian-inspired cuisine in a fast-paced restaurant environment. That experience shaped my focus on balanced flavours, quality ingredients, and consistent execution.
Today I bring that restaurant-level experience into private homes, creating seasonal, thoughtfully prepared menus that feel refined but relaxed. My goal is to give guests the experience of a great restaurant meal while they enjoy the comfort of their own space.
Each dinner is customized for the occasion, and I’m always happy to accommodate dietary preferences so every guest at the table can enjoy the experience.
