I’m a Calgary-based chef with experience in professional kitchens, including Earls Kitchen + Bar, where I built a strong foundation working with Mediterranean, Asian, and Italian-inspired cuisine in a fast-paced environment. This experience shaped my focus on balanced flavors, quality ingredients, and consistent execution.
Today, I bring that restaurant-level experience into private homes, creating seasonal, thoughtfully prepared menus that feel both refined and relaxed. My goal is to offer guests the quality of a great restaurant meal while they enjoy the comfort and intimacy of their own space.
