My Name is Paul , Over 20 years of culinary background, learn the Basics from my grandmother,
My self my focus on creating memories on people special moments , love fusion cooking with fine ingredients collaborate with locally grown products. My self I believe food narrates stories. Originally from South part of India, learn with Tropical ingredients and spices, at the age of 20 moved to Dubai , sharpened all my culinary knowledge, worked with world's best hotels deep dive in to the fine hospitality, at the age of 33 moved to Regina Canada. Worked at the Atlas hotel as Executive chef for 5 years, Now am working with Levy Canada a hospitality services provider at Sports and entertainment group.
