I am the 8th born of 9 children. The dinner table was the center of my community when I was little. Wide eyed, I'd listen to my siblings tell their stories of the day and their plans for tomorrow. I admired them for their imagination and passion. As I grew older and my passion grew, it became clear that I would never stray far from the dinner table, where hearts and minds come together.

Part of my lifestyle. I've been all over Canada. My food combines my love for the wilderness with the refinement of fine dining. It's Rustique!

I've been in the kitchen since I was 15. I've been blessed to have had great mentors and worked with other great cooks.

Fresh, locally produced ingredients, wholesome recipes and alot of imagination and a focus on meat.

- 'Berta Beef Steak - 9oz striploin steak, marinated in Chef's own blend of seasoning, grilled or Seared to perfection and finished with garlic butter, beef jus and topped with truffle frites. Served with potatoes and asparagus

- Yak Steak - Tender seared yak steak finished with garlic better mushrooms, beef au jus and served with roasted potato and asparagus

- Smoked Pork Chop On the Bone - A smoked pork chop on the bone, seared and served with cheddar chive smashed potatoes and cream corn then finished with herbed butter

- Ribs 'N' Fixins - Tender pork ribs smothered in a homemade BBQ sauce served with grilled corn cob, corn bread, tangy slaw, and smokey truffle chips

- Baby Bella Chicken - Chicken breast stuffed with baby bella mushrooms, garlic and herbs then roasted with a crispy skin and served over a creamy leak sauce, lemon herb gnocci and broccolini

-Salmon Wellington - Salmon and Herbed cream cheese wrapped in crispy puff pastry served with lemon dill potatoes, snap peas and finished with hollandaise sauce
