I was born into a family where passion, craftsmanship, and discipline were part of everyday life. My father,Alex Anthony, a skilled Tailor, inspired me with the beauty of craftsmanship and hard work.
My mother, Vasantha Kumari, a respected Yoga Instructor with profound expertise in Ayurvedic food
preparation, instilled in me values of balance, mindfulness, and health nurtured through natural foods.
Driven by these core values, I pursued culinary arts at the esteemed Madras Institute of HotelManagement in India, where my passion for cooking truly blossomed.
My professional journey has led me across premier kitchens in India, Dubai, Thailand, and Canada.
Each role refined my culinary skills, enriched my palate, and enhanced my appreciation for global
cuisines.
