Cooking is a labour of love. Creating a memorable culinary experience & making a vision come to life is what inspires me!
I am passionate about the hospitality industry and have been working in restaurants for 16 years. I began serving and bartending at 18 and soon decided to pursue my culinary interests and become an apprentice Chef to earn my Red Seal.
I am a food science nerd and I love mastering new techniques and ingredients.
I love baking and creating desserts, and enjoy crafting beautiful plates. I have a keen interest in using local ingredients and having "projects" including fermenting, canning, and curing. I cook multifaceted globally inspired food with a balanced approach and attention to detail.
