I am a Chef with 28 years of experiences.

I worked in four and five stars hotels for most of my career but i also did work in school, hospital, retirement home.

I am passionate and customer services is one of my bigest strenght.

I can entertain a group of people with stories as well as be quiet and distinguish.

My speciality is french fine dining, but i am also proficient in baking. ( sourdough, croissant, bagel and all kind of bread)

A lifestyle as well as a way to meet people, to learn, to teach. I started cooking at home when i was 6-7 years old and never stopped since.

I learned to cook at the Hotel Sacacomie in Quebec with a french Chef, Denis Dubourguais. I later took a cooking class to get the papers.
