I love bringing fine dining experiences and new flavors to everyone's kitchen.
Born in Mexico from a family with lebanese roots, food has always been an essential part of my upbringing and cultural identity.
Over the years, I’ve worked in acclaimed restaurants across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. I've worked as chef de cuisine at Montreal’s top dining destination Hiatus, the Naramata Inn in the Okanagan, Fiola Mare in Washington D.C and Nectar in Mérida, Yucatan, Mexico.
From family style to course menu, my goal is always the same: to delight, and to create moments of connection through food.
