In my cooking, I always try to do better & aim for the best. Always strive to improve and at the same time take a great care of my team and my guests.

I am a chef with over 15 years of experience in professional kitchen setting; from pastry to fine dining restaurants. Specialties include French, Italian and Chinese Indonesian cuisine. Developed menu for various restaurants & cafes all around Indonesia as a Chef-consultant. Worked as Executive Chef for a restaurant, a cafe and a hotel in Java Island & Bali, Indonesia while establishing personal F&B brands on the side. Treats food with utmost care and attention to details. A solution oriented person and quick thinker in the kitchen. Very passionate about creating food that brings people happiness.
