With my experience as the founder of Northerb Lights Fauxmagerie and Plant Based Marché, I bring a deep well of knowledge in all things plant-based. I’ve helped awaken the northern community—and beyond—to the truth that anything can be veganized, and plants do it better.
From artisan plant-based cheeses to full meals, light bites, and decadent desserts, I create culinary magic infused with intention and love.
