A globally inspired chef creating flavour-packed fusion dishes.

I’m a professionally trained chef who has lived in eight countries across five continents and travelled to 18 countries overall — food has always been at the centre of that journey. From West Africa to East Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Oceania and North America, I’ve experienced completely different spices, sauces, ingredients and ways of cooking. Over time, they’ve all found their way into my kitchen.

My specialty is fusion of global flavours. In a single dish, I’ll take you through several parts of the world at once — with different flavours and influences all meeting on the same plate. One dish that captures that perfectly is my Pineapple Jerk Chicken Plate.

Juicy chicken thighs coated in a Jamaican-inspired pineapple-jerk glaze — deeply savoury, lightly caramelized, with just enough heat to bring it all together. Served with French-inspired creamy baked potatoes to mellow the spice and East Asian-style ginger-sesame vegetables to balance the richness and add freshness to the plate.

The most common reaction to my food is a burst of delight after the first bite, followed by a “Wait… wow, this is so good” — and then another bite while they’re still trying to figure out what makes it taste so good.
