With deep roots on the west coast and 25 years experience, I specialize in sustainable seafood and locally grown culinary delights.
Chef Ryan Bissell completed his training at the prestigious Dubrulle Culinary School in Vancouver, BC and now resides in Vancouver, B.C. He has worked at some of the finest restaurants along the “Sea to Sky” including Joe Fortes, Araxi, C Restaurant, and The Bearfoot Bistro. As a proven leader in high volume environments, Ryan excelled at executive level positions with Whistler/Blackcomb, The Boathouse Restaurants, Ulis Restaurant, the Villa Eyrie Resort, and recently Capilano Golf and Country Club, Ryan is bringing years of sustainable fine dining experience to the discerning traveling community.
