Get to know me better

Passionate private chef bringing creativity, authentic flavors, and personalized culinary experiences to your table, turning every meal into memories.

With over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, I am a passionate chef dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and a personal touch.

My journey has taken me from working at Pujol, the world-renowned two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Mexico City, to serving as an Executive Chef at a boutique hotel in Monterrey, Mexico. I have also worked as a private chef and catered exclusive events for politicians and distinguished guests. These experiences have shaped my culinary expertise, adaptability, and commitment to excellence in every detail.

Beyond my professional background, I believe that great cooking begins with kindness, compassion, and respect. I value honest communication, meaningful connections, and a human-centered approach to service. For me, being a private chef is about more than preparing beautiful food; it is about understanding each client's needs, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and making every meal feel personal, thoughtful, and special.

My goal is to bring people together through food, combining culinary expertise with warmth, creativity, and genuine care to create an experience that goes beyond the plate.

More about me

For me, cooking is...

Cooking, to me, is a language of love, a way to connect with people, tell stories, and create moments that stay with us long after the meal is over.

I learned to cook at...

My culinary journey began at home, learning beside my mother and grandmother, where I discovered that cooking is an act of love, a tradition.

A cooking secret...

My secret in the kitchen is cooking with intention, trusting my instincts, respecting every ingredient, and adding a little love to everything I cook.
