I launched my culinary journey at 17 with my own business, then sharpened my skills across Michelin-starred kitchens like Don Alfonso 1890 and DANICO. Hungry to master every aspect of the craft, I trained in French cuisine at Café Boulud and now immerse myself in Japanese cuisine at Nobu.
