My journey began 17 years ago in Morocco, where I earned my diploma in French International Cuisine and fell in love with the fast-paced energy of the kitchen. That passion took me across the globe—from the high-pressure luxury environments of Dubai’s Marriott and Millennium Hotels to the diverse culinary landscapes of Canada.
As a former Executive Chef, I’ve managed everything from "very busy" landmark restaurants to elite hotel dining. Today, I use that experience to provide a bespoke private chef service. I combine my Mediterranean meticulous techniques with the Canadian local flavors, to create a menu tailored to your unique palate, and unforgettable meals that are as technically perfect as they are soulful.
