Hello, I have been working professionally for 15 years, working in top restaurants in Calgary & BC. Always working with fresh local produce and meats.

I left Calgary to explore our food systems which found me working catering events all over the Okanagan at wineries and events, to foraging on the Gulf Islands and fishing Salmon off the coast of Haida Gwaii.

For the past few years I have been working in remote back country semi luxury lodges creating new and exciting menus daily.

I moved back to Calgary because I love this city and what it has to offer the culinary world.

I like to infused Asian flavors into Canadian contemporary foods as well as French & Italian, .

I have my own portable pizza oven and krono charcoal grill that can be brought to add to your dinner.

I have curated many different styles of menus for you to try. If your function has a theme I have a menu to match the flow and keep things interesting!

Wine pairings are also available at additional costs which depends on the services chosen.

I can also provide meal planning for any diet at a reasonable rate with locally sourced ingredients.

Terri was excellent! She was very punctual and polite, and the food was delicious! She was able to create a menu tbh at matches what we were looking for really well and was very accommodating for a large number of allergies.

We hired Chef Terri Bowles for a private dinner while vacationing in the Canmore/Banff area over the New Year’s holiday, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The menu was outstanding from start to finish: sprouted ancient sourdough with whipped seasonal butter, winter mixed greens with roasted beets, citrus vinaigrette, maple pecans, pomegranate and goat cheese, followed by a perfectly grilled beef tenderloin with pomme purée, baby carrots, and peppercorn jus, and finished with a decadent chocolate mousse with hazelnut and coconut. Beyond the food, Terri was prompt, warm, and incredibly friendly—especially with our kids. She expertly navigated a fairly limited mix of kitchen and servingware in our rental home, served each course seamlessly, and provided thoughtful explanations about the dishes and how they were prepared. When dinner was over, she left the kitchen spotless and even wrapped up leftovers for us to enjoy the next day. We highly recommend Chef Terri Bowles to anyone visiting Banff or Canmore who wants a memorable, stress-free, and special dining experience. A perfect way to ring in 2026 and elevate a holiday getaway.

Chef Terri was exactly what we wanted for a birthday dinner on December 24.

Wow - what an experience!! My husband and I booked Chef Terri for our 10 year anniversary dinner and she did not disappoint! Right from the beginning her communication was quick and she had no problem modifying her seasonal fall menu to accommodate my husband's dietary restrictions (celiac and lactose allergies). She was punctual, polite and incredibly efficient in the kitchen. In no time at all she was plating gorgeous dishes that tasted incredible! It was an amazing dinner that we thoroughly enjoyed. Her clean up was just as effecient and she left the kitchen spotless! 10/10 experience and I would not hesitate to book her again! Thank you Chef Terri!
