Cooking has always been, for me, a way of creating connection. After formal training at the Leiths School of Food and Wine in London, Le Cordon Bleu in Lima, Peru, and Alcari Cooking School in Mallorca, I built a culinary foundation rooted in technique, seasonality, and respect for ingredients.

My professional path took me to Madrigal in Panama, where working alongside Chef Andrés Madrigal strengthened my classical training and refined my discipline in the kitchen. I later directed Atelier Madrigal for two years, leading hands-on culinary programs focused on Mediterranean and European cuisine, sharing both technique and the philosophy behind thoughtful cooking.

Today, based in Toronto, I specialize in Mediterranean seasonal cuisine with subtle Latin influences. My approach emphasizes balance, clean flavors, and elegant simplicity. I believe private dining should feel personal and welcoming — refined without being overly formal.

As a certified Ontario Food Handler, I bring organization, professionalism, and discretion to every home. From menu design and sourcing to execution and leaving your kitchen immaculate, I manage each detail carefully so you can host with confidence.

Whether preparing an intimate celebration, a milestone dinner, or a refined family gathering, my goal is always the same: to create a warm and seamless experience centered around beautifully prepared food and meaningful connection.
