Chef Vanessa Huegel

As a professional Chef trained in Austria I am skilled in managing small or large kitchens and also have experience working as a private chef. I have 15+ years of experience working in Michelin starred kitchens, top-rated hotel restaurants, fine dining at wineries, and also at local favourite restaurants and cafes/bakeries. I love supporting and working with farmers and local food producers while planning menus, designing recipes, and selecting ingredients. Recently I have really enjoyed working in remote backcountry lodges, caterings for private events, as well as working as a private Chef for a wonderful family.

I am an avid outdoor enthusiast and spend most of my spare time in the mountains rock climbing, snowboarding, splitboarding, and mountain biking. I thrive on cooking for likeminded guests who are open to different culinary adventures and allow me to be creative with my dishes.
