I’m Evy, a young self-made chef originally from Martinique. After working in restaurants there, I’ve been living in Canada for 11 years. Now, I’ve decided to return to the kitchen, driven by a passion to serve people and create a more intimate, personal dining experience where I can truly connect with my guests.
