Driven by a love for flavour, artistry, and providing an unforgettable dining experience, with passion in every plate.
Although new to the professional culinary world, food and catering to people has always been the essence of my passions. I am a graduate from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (2025) and have spent the last year learning in some of the top kitchens on Vancouver Island. Since 2016, I have been immersed in the world of catering and have personally organized and delivered exceptional dining experiences, ranging from private dinner parties to weddings, and have worked as a private chef whilst in Vancouver. My philosophy for my dishes are centered around creating something that is not only beautiful, but also to immerse people in exceptional flavour with every bite.
