. I had chance to learn from big chefs like JEAN PIERRE VIGATO in the French restaurant and also from DON ALFONSO in Italian restaurant.

2018 time to fly to place coldest than golf country direction CANADA
start from the beautiful village I never seen before Whistler in BC worked in Millstone Grill and bar restaurant then move to Calgary to rise a family and worked with Una Pizza and wine very busy restaurant
2022 time to start from the beginning to refresh the memory and work in real Italian restaurant Mercato Mission to make fresh pasta sauce and dressing steaks everything home made from scratch
