I am a professional chef with 20 years experience including 5 years as a head chef & restaurant owner. I have experience with multiple cuisines including French, Italian, Mexican, and little bits of Indian and Korean. I am also an experienced bread baker having spent 3 years making sourdough and other breads for a restaurant.
