Chef Zana Smith

I am a professional pastry and fine dining cuisine chef. I offer meal preparation in home, fancy night, cooking nights when provided with proper venue, one on one training sessions, and at home bakery deliveries.

I have worked as a tree planting head chef the last 3 years and before those opportunities, I was busy learning the French arts of baking. Croissants, mousses, glazing, and decorative etc. My Arabic baking skills come from an opportunity within Edmonton I had to work with a baker. Canadian and American cooking and baking has been self taught. I am also well versed in vegan and vegetarian meals. I do not offer gluten free cooking.
