Melissa was amazing! The food was great and more than lived up to expectations. Melissa was especially good at accommodating our requests and dietary restrictions.

I cannot recommend Chef Salvo and his assistant more highly. He gave us an incredible dining experience (all vegetarian!). He was engaging, very flexible and truly passionate and skilled at his art. Each dish was incredibly constructed and thoughtfully composed. It was just the two of us but he made us feel like royalty. His assistant was as lovely as well, so friendly with our toddler and dog. The risotto was the best I ever had. For context we had dinner at Le Bernadin the night prior, and we enjoyed this experience more! Kitchen was left spotless. I am looking forward to having chef back for other celebrations. Do not hesitate to book him if available.
