With 16 years of culinary experience under my belt, I've had the privilege of turning my passion for cooking into a career. My journey started in culinary school, where I honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of what makes exceptional cuisine. Over the next decade, I worked alongside talented chefs in fast-paced commercial kitchens, mastering the art of plate design and culinary innovation.
As my career evolved, I transitioned into private chef services and cooking competitions, bringing my expertise into intimate settings and high-pressure kitchens. I've delighted discerning clients with personalized culinary experiences, crafting menus that showcase their unique tastes and preferences.
Beyond my work as a private chef, I've discovered a passion for sharing my knowledge with others. As a culinary instructor, I've empowered students with the skills and confidence to explore their own culinary creativity through cooking classes, workshops, and demonstrations.
Throughout my journey, my love for cooking has only grown stronger. I'm constantly inspired by the endless possibilities of flavors, techniques, ingredients and making new friend’s , and I'm excited to continue sharing my passion with others."
