I create with my hands what the client envisions in their minds.
I am a chef with 10 years of experience working in fine dining restaurants, health resorts, and private chef services. Most weekends I cater weddings, and in my free time I teach in-home cooking classes—something that allows me to share technique, creativity, and confidence with my clients.
Having spent the last decade cooking in San Diego, I’ve watched local food trends evolve and love experimenting with seasonal produce and regional flavors. I also personally handle all shopping for my caterings and classes, ensuring quality ingredients and a tailored culinary experience.
I’m now looking to expand my repertoire and build long-term relationships with clients who value thoughtful cooking, fresh ingredients, and personalized service.
