Hello, I'm a local chef that has spent professional time in Scottsdale, Las Vegas, Lake Powell and Park City. I've been professionally cooking for the last 10 years. I specialize in micro events and dinners, multiday retreats, and offsite events. I focus on quality ingredents and local farms and producers of specialty products. I'm very well versed in adapting and accomedating menus and foods to clients' needs and wants.

We wanted to be able to end our ski day and not worry about heading out to a restaurant - Chef Adam didn't disappoint. Professional and punctual, proposed menu and open to ideas, Chef Adam cooked three unique, impressive dinners over the three nights we asked of him. Easy to interact with, attentive to our kids picky tastes and experienced, he made some excellent food. Was able to change time of dinner on late notice with no problem and cleaned up as if the kitchen wasn't used. Really happy with our experience and would easily recommend.

Adam prepared an excellent meal, presented it with confidence and fully cleaned up after dinner. A very nice experience and fully met my expectations.

Adam was fantastic. We had a large group of adults and kids at a ski house and wanted a menu that would be appealing to all. He was punctual, easy to talk to, explained how to make everything, and cleaned as he went. The food was fantastic and the entire experience was a pleasure. Would recommend and will do it again when we return to Utah.
