I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry. I graduated from culinary arts school and have built my career working in renowned restaurants alongside highly respected chefs.
My professional journey includes working at ABAC Restaurant in Barcelona with Chef Jordi Cruz, as well as gaining valuable experience in Valle de Guadalupe with Chef Javier Plascencia at Animalón and Finca Altozano. I have also worked in Todos Santos at Jazamango Restaurant, where I continued to refine my skills and culinary vision.
These experiences have shaped my approach to cooking, combining technique, creativity, and deep respect for ingredients. My goal is to deliver thoughtful, high-quality dishes and create memorable dining experiences that reflect both my training and passion for gastronomy.
