I am passionate about food & wine and have an eye for all the little details that make the difference between a good event and a GREAT EVENT!
I am a professional chef with over 12 years of experience in the kitchen and 20 years of experience in fine dining front-of-house operations. This combination has given me a well-rounded understanding of both culinary execution and exceptional guest service.
I completed Culinary School with a degree in Culinary Entrepreneurship and went on to launch my own Personal Chef and Catering business. Over the years, I have worked in private homes for elite clients, catered wedding receptions and corporate events, and designed and executed multi-course wine dinner menus with thoughtful pairings.
In addition to special events, I provide bi-weekly, weekly, and monthly prepared meal services tailored to each client’s lifestyle and preferences. My goal is to deliver refined, restaurant-quality cuisine with professionalism, discretion, and a seamless dining experience every time.
