Versatility is my specialty.
I have owned and operated a business in Alameda and Butte county for several years. During this time I sustained daily menus, mobile catering for up to 50 people, and vending events. My passion for cooking started as a child, and grew overtime. During my adolescence I learned just how little I really knew about cooking. From 2016 till present day I have worked on perfecting my craft. Cooking outside of the box and being open to learning, I’m always looking for a new dish to perfect, and expand my skills.
