I went to Culinary school 1985-1987 in Johnson & Wales University Providence Rhode Island
I have cooked in Switzerland at a 5 star hotel. Worked in a large hotel in San Francisco. Have been working on private yachts for
20 years in places like the Bahamas.I have traveled all over the world.
I have been a Chef for last past 20 years working as Executive Chef in well known
restaurants, European hotels, private estates, private islands, and busy high profile yachts. I
have had experience with cuisines from all over the world as well as provisioning all the main yachting areas and
in very remote locations. I pride myself on catering to guest needs as well as crew needs and desires. I like to
feature weekly favorite dish of a crew member to keep the moral up and spirits high.
