Asado Gaucho was born after many years of cooking and perfecting our grilling techniques. The idea is simple: showcase the slow roasted, woodfire smoked, stake grilling approach to cuisine, providing a great show besides our unique flavors.

A meal prepared by our Master Chefs, wether is a small event on the countryside or a big wedding, starts with visual. Our team’s uniform will take you to the deepest points of Patagonia, where gauchos dress to fight weather and work. Our custom made grill, orchestrated by our master chef, will caught everybody's attention once spot on. Our staff is trained with extended knowledge about meat, grilling techniques and Argentinian history, for those who approach to the fire and want to know more about where we come from.

For me, cooking is...

My history, where I come from. In Argentina we are taught how to master the grill at the age of 6. It's a passion, we cook for 10+ people 1 a week!

I learned to cook at...

my house, with my father and grandfather. Asado is a costume that has been passed through generations in my family.

A cooking secret...

Is Patience. Food is supposed to be cooked by itself. We are just helping meat dance with the fire, thats all.
