Chef Anthony Colontonio

I am a professional chef with an Associates of Sciences in Culinary Arts from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College. My experience is varied and applicable to any situation, whether it be catering for an event or a private 5 course dinner for a special night in. I have spent years working in some of Philadelphia's busiest kitchens, including El Vez, Lolita, Juniper Commons and Talula's Garden/Talula's Daily. I also spent time as the executive chef of Wyebrook Farm in Honeybrook, Pennsylvania, which led to a love of local high quality ingredients and the importance of working closely with the farmers who grow the food we eat. I am a ServSafe certified manager who is dedicated to clean food practices and methods to keep customers safe.

I now own a meal prep company called Prime Nutrition Meal Prep. This company allows me to use my culinary skills to make it simple for people at home to live a healthier, easier lifestyle without compromising flavor or technique. Customers order for a Sunday pick up or delivery and they are set with breakfasts, lunches, or dinners of their choice for the week!
