I am Aysenur Cakmak, a passionate chocolatier and pastry chef with a deep love for crafting unique and high-quality sweets. My journey in pastry began unexpectedly during an internship in Turkey, where I quickly discovered my passion for the art of desserts. Guided by an experienced executive chef, I immersed myself in the world of pastry, continuously honing my skills and developing my creativity.
Over the years, I have gained international experience, working in both Turkey and the United States. My expertise lies in designing and handcrafting artisanal bonbon chocolates, where I combine flavors, textures, and artistic techniques to create truly special confections. I believe that chocolate chose me, and ever since, I have dedicated myself to mastering this craft.
I am constantly learning, experimenting, and pushing my creative limits to deliver outstanding pastry and chocolate experiences. Whether it’s for private events, personalized desserts, or unique chocolate creations, I am committed to excellence and innovation in every detail.
