I am a professional chef with 12 years experience. I studied culinary arts and graduated at Bay Area, California.I have worked with world famous chefs, events, private parties, hotels.
Currently I am working one of the most prestigious Michelin recognized restaurants in Los Angeles.
Although I live in Los Angeles, I was born and Raised in Turkey. I am Turkish/ Greek.
With that said I am very focused and well with Mediterranean cuisine as well as Californian cuisine.
Colors, plating, flavors, ambience of the plate and dishes has to be outstanding for me. Feeding people with good food I believe makes them happy, I love making people happy!
