Hi! I'm Chef Ben. I'm an avid skier and am passionate about sharing Utah's splendor with my guests. I work throughout Park City, Salt Lake City, Sundance, and the surrounding areas.

I serve as the executive chef at Lake Kora resort in the New York Adirondacks during the summers. During winter, I get to work and ski in one of the most incredible places on Earth!

I attended culinary school in Portugal and apprenticed under a pastry chef shortly after. My specialties include steaks, roasts, handmade pastas, and desserts of all types. I look forward to entertaining with you!

Ben is wonderful! He was so kind and communicative. My group was running late and he was so patient. I cannot thank him enough for making my birthday spectacular. Chef Ben, I hope others get to experience your talent. Your food was amazing. The Ahi Tuna dish was REMARKABLE.

Chef Ben is incredible. If I could give 1,000 stars, I would. He made my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The food, the presentation, and the overall care he put into the evening made it truly special. Highly recommend.

Chef Ben was great! Fantastic addition to our ski trip.

Chef Ben was very good to work with he was flexible with the menu as we had to kids who I knew would like something more simple, so he made a special meal for them. Chef Ben's food was delicious, the steaks were done so well, great flavors. He even made a special Birthday cake for my son, it was fantastic!

Chef Ben is amazing!!! He cooked our Christmas Eve dinner & was able to add dishes for my daughter with Celiacs. Everyone raved about his food and we were all thrilled!

Chef Ben was very professional and accommodating for our needs. When I told him, it was for my daughter's birthday, he made a special birthday cake for the dinner. Also he was mindful of one guest who was gluten free. All 9 of us enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely ask for Chef Ben again when we are in Deer Valley. Thank you, Chef Ben!!

Chef Ben was fantastic! He was timely, friendly, accommodating with our menu requests and the meal was incredible. We couldn't be happier with his service and would recommend him to anyone in the Park City area!! Thank you Ben!

We hosted 3 different happy hours around Sundance and Chef Ben did the food for all three. He was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and prepared fantastic food for all three events. He also helped the team clean everything up once the Happy Hours wrapped. He added so much value to the experience and made our jobs so much easier. Would definitely book him for future events!
