I am a professional chef, I hold a degree in culinary arts and food service entrepreneurship from Johson & Wales University. My cooking journey started when I was a child. My grandmother taught me the importance of quality, cooking from scratch, and how important love is as an ingredient. I have cooked in high-end resorts, trendy NYC restaurants, large scale catering companies. I currently own a food truck living out my dream creativly!
