With over a decade of professional culinary experience, I bring precision, artistry, and a refined international perspective to every table. My journey began at age 11 under the mentorship of Paula Herrera—renowned Venezuelan chocolatier and current international competitor—who played a key role in shaping my culinary foundation.

At 18, I began my professional career at Hotel Cayena in Caracas, then one of Latin America’s most luxurious hotels. Two years later, I expanded my craft in Chile, immersing myself in diverse kitchens and techniques, gaining fluency in both vegan cuisine and haute gastronomy.

Currently, I am Chef de Partie at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Miami, part of one of the most prestigious restaurant groups in the world. I specialize in artisanal pasta, refined Asian cuisine, and RAI-style menus.

I offer private dinners, tailored workshops, and long-term services for clients who value exceptional culinary experiences and the true art of dining.
