I have been a chef in the NYC food scene for the past 20+ years. I’m a graduate of the French Culinary Institute. I have gleaned numerous way to cook and present food. In many cuisines. The cuisines I’m most called upon to cook are Modern American, European, North African, Persian, Indian and Caribbean.
