Hello! My name is Cody Viar. From dishwasher to Executive Sous Chef to Teaching; I have a wide range of knowledge. I have had the pleasure of seeing many sides of the Culinary & Hospitality Industry. I have had the oppritunity to become a teacher and share my passion and knowledge of Food & Nutrition with students. I love teaching and applying knowledge to a hands on setting. I still work in the Culinary Industry as an Executive Sous Chef to keep my skills up to date and sharpened! I am fun, laid back and I ALWAYS strive for excellence in all that I do. I believe your biggest critic will always be yourself. I have never placed my "Style" of cooking to a certain cuisine. I love to take my knowledge and apply it to any menu that I can.
