About me. My name is Colin Almquist I have been in the cooking industry for 15+ years and a professional chef for many years here in Salt Lake City. I’m a very hard-worker and have experience in Italian, Spanish, American, and some sea food dishes. I love to create new dishes and having people enjoy my food!
- Does take COVID-19 safety precautions serious as well! Gloves, masks, hand washing etc!
