We hired Chef Dean for my husband's birthday dinner (just the two of us at home) and had an incredible experience. He arrived on time. His "Seattle sampler" appetizer was beautifully presented and delicious, as was the rest of his food. He cleaned as he went and he also left my kitchen cleaner than he found it. Chef Dean was very kind, an excellent chef, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great private chef experience.

Chef Dean was fantastic! We worked through a few changes to the proposed menu after he initially submitted it with no issues. He was prompt, engaging, and provided us with a highly memorable anniversary evening. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Chef Dean again for future events!

Chef Dean was fantastic and made our 15 year anniversary dinner unforgettable! We had requested an ambitious 9 course kaiseki menu for the evening and he absolutely delivered! All the dishes were presented beautifully and with a wide range of proteins and vegetables. All capturing the wonderful flavors of Hawaii. Highly recommend him and this private chef experience! :)
