I am a man of many talents.
I am interested in the preparation of food and of course cooking and I have been cooking for over 15 years. I have even done competition and I'm very successful in that and I just want to show my abilities and I have a very fondness for all ingredients and different cultures and different types of food. I have learned cooking from my mother who literally cooked everyday for us and my grandmother that were both raised in south and appreciate food. My specialties are meat, I can smoke them very well roast pretty much anything and as well as prepare sides and I do bake as well. I'm very understanding of how different ingredients go together.
