I am a personal chef with 8 years of experience, starting in the foodservice industry working at restaurants and resorts. After a bit, I decided my passion for cooking would not take off in the way I needed it to if I continued to work in "the industry." I chose the path of entrepreneurship and have used every experience life brings me to further my goal of full-time self-employment.
