I am passionate about cooking, humble with a strong attention to detail.
I am a professional chef. I began cooking at a very young age in one of the biggest and most competitive cities in the U.S and in the world. Yes NYC! I was trained by great chefs and worked in great places like Cosme, The Odeon and Cipriani.
Although I was raised in Mexico I hold a handful of knowledge in world class cuisine like French, Italian, Baltic, Swiss, South American, and Mexican food. I provide food services from Michelin all the way rustic fire kissed family style events.
