Nomadic chef passionate about family, seasons, culture, and the pursuit of culinary excellence.
I am a well versed professional chef, alumni of the California Culinary Academy and seasoned in San Francisco's restaurant culture of the mid 90's and early 00's. My culinary pursuits have led me to opening my own restaurant in Dallas TX to cooking for the wealthiest and famous individuals. I have experience working on yachts, ranches, in home, outdoors, you name it, I love unique experiences. My dedication to the craft has kept me exploring cuisines and learning new flavors and cooking methods.
Recently, I have donated my services in support of veterans and first responders at Sacred Mountain Retreat in Deadwood SD. My father is a veteran of the Army with over 20 years of service. So, when the opportunity arose, I did not hesitate to become part of this special operation.
