Elena started cooking since She was a child, taking some local culinary classes in Valencia- Venezuela.
She moved in 2006 to Mexico City while She was there She took some traditional Mexican cooking classes and travel abroad looking for the best recipes and flavors.
In 2013 After Mexico, Elena Decided to move to New York City where She has been a noteworthy leader in the service industry. You might know her from her work as the GM of one of the most popular and famous Mexican Restaurants in Williamsburg Brooklyn, NY named Mesa Coyoacan.
Elena can also be credited with her contributions to MasterChef Latino
in the culinary production area and for her talent to created amazing culinary and events experiences in Venezuela, Mexico, New York and now in Miami.

I don’t I what we loved more, Elena or the food!! Elena was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful with the entire process leading up to the day. On the day, she was on time, had everything she needed and perfectly timed a delicious meal for our group of 13. The food looked as good as it tasted and we couldn’t have had a better experience !
