I love cooking and in love with Caribbean cuisine been cooking since I was 5 year old , I put my heart and soul into every dish .
I am a self taught chef , started cooking at 5 years old , when I was 21 me and my mom started a restaurant together we ran a successful restaurant for 5 years and I loved every minute of it .I’ve travel to several country and have taken culinary classes their and I love incorporating different recipes and techniques into my dishes .
