I began my culinary career in 2003 while serving in the United States Air Force, where I developed a strong foundation in food preparation, sanitation, and high-volume meal service. Since then, I have built a diverse career working in hotels, restaurants, nursing facilities, and even on an offshore oil rig, adapting my skills to a wide range of culinary environments.

My experience includes preparing high-quality cuisine while maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, consistency, and customer satisfaction. As a sushi chef, I have refined my expertise in traditional and contemporary sushi preparation, knife skills, seafood handling, presentation, and creating memorable dining experiences.
