I am a professional chef with over 20 years experience in professional kitchens. Classically trained in French fine dining. I have experience in Italian, French, American, and Asian cooking. I’ve worked on top rated restaurants to hotels. I’ve also worked in casual dining and casinos.
Growing up as a Pacific Islander I fuse a lot of Asian ingredients with French techniques. I’ve worked in a professional kitchen since 15 years old and attended culinary school in California when I was 22.
