I am a skilled Italian Chef specializing in farm to table and scratch cooking.

I am a professional Chef that just closed an Italian restaurant ready to move into a more intimate cooking environment for my clients. I specialize in scratch cooking in Italian Cuisine. I have vast knowledge of bread making, pasta making and an extensive knowledge and skillset in Italian pastries and desserts. I can work within any dietary guidelines to create an enjoyable dining experience for you, your family and/or guests for parties and gatherings. My mission has always been to deliver a product that prioritizes flavor, while being healthy and affordable. While my specialty is Italian food, I am also very adept at cooking a wide range of other cuisines.
